At We Like 2 Party we understand that plans can change. To provide the best service and maintain fairness to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation/rescheduling/weather policies.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your balloon order or event setup, the following fees will apply based on the notice given:

  • More than 30 days before event:
    No additional cancellation fee beyond the non-refundable retainer.

  • 14 to 30 days before event
    10% of the total invoice amount (in addition to the non-refundable deposit) will be charged.

  • 7 to 13 days before event
    25% of the total invoice amount (in addition to the non-refundable deposit) will be charged.

  • Less than 7 days before event
    100% of the total invoice amount will be charged. No refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed one time, free of charge, if requested more than 14 days before the event.

Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event may be subject to an additional fee, depending on the availability and materials already purchased.

Weather/Outdoor Events

Outdoor installations are not guaranteed to last beyond the event start time due to uncontrollable environmental factors. We use high-quality balloons and materials, but balloons are sensitive to heat, cold, sun, wind, and sharp objects.

If inclement weather is expected, we strongly recommend moving the event indoors. However, no refunds will be given for weather-related cancellations unless discussed in advance.
