Booking Retainers & Schedule

To secure your date and ensure timely preparation of materials, a non-refundable retainer fee is required based on how far in advance your event is booked:

  • 30 Days or More in Advance:

    25% non-refundable retainer fee due at time of booking.

    (Remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.)

  • 14 to 29 Days in Advance:

    50% non-refundable retainer fee due at time of booking.

    (Remaining balance is due 5 days before the event.)

  • 7 to 13 Days in Advance:

    75% non-refundable retainer fee due at time of booking.

    (Remaining balance is due 3 days before the event.)

  • Less than 7 Days in Advance:

    100% of total payment due at time of booking.

    (Rush fee may apply based on availability.)

Payment Policy

We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Credit/Debit Card. Final balances are due no later than 7 days before the event date.

Late payments may delay your setup or result in cancellation with no refund. No services will be provided unless full payment is received by the deadline.

All booking retainers are non-refundable and go toward your final balance. Dates are not secured without payment and a signed service agreement. Events booked within 72 hours of the event date are considered last-minute and may incur an additional rush fee.
