Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup fees are based on location, time, and complexity of the design. The client must ensure easy access to the venue. If stairs, limited entry, or obstacles are involved, additional fees may apply.

Please have the event space clean and ready upon arrival. We require at least 2 hours for setup depending on the design.

Breakdown & Pickup

If you’ve rented equipment (backdrops, frames, stands, etc.), a pickup window will be scheduled after your event. Any lost, damaged, or unreturned items will result in replacement fees charged to the client.

Photo & Media Release

We may take photos of our work for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your event photos to be shared, please inform us in writing before your event date.
